The Solana Global Radar Hackathon came to an end and we celebrated with a successful Demo Day with amazing pitches and vibes. Plus it is getting quite spooky with our Crypt-o-Ween event!

Demo Day Winners
Build Station Berlin has showcased the incredible talent and innovative ideas within our local Solana community. Local teams developed groundbreaking projects for the Global Radar Hackathon. Huge congratulations to everyone involved in this hackathon season and a special shout-out to all the prize winners who took home over $25,000 USD!
🥇 $5,000 Superteam Germany Grand Prize Winner: CRTL+X
CRTL+X has developed software allowing journalists to license content by minting article licenses as NFTs on the Solana blockchain. Their system imports content from Ghost CMS, encrypts it, and stores it on Arweave, enabling purchase through micropayments starting at $0.01 USD. This innovation provides new revenue and distribution channels for journalists.
🥈 $3,000 Superteam Germany Grand Prize Winner: SandwatchAI
SandwatchAI is creating a Solana-based streaming platform for AI-generated movies and series, acting as a decentralized Web3 studio. They aim to engage communities with interactive content that reflects their culture and ensures fair compensation for contributors.
🥉 $2,000 Superteam Germany Grand Prize Winner: GigenticAI
Gigentic, built on Solana, revolutionizes freelancing by using smart contracts for secure transactions and an on-chain review system for transparency. It addresses job matching, trust, payment issues, and high fees, creating an efficient ecosystem for freelancers and AI.
